The UK and Ireland Poker Tour (UKIPT) started in December 2009, is a major regional poker tour in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The UKIPT is sponsored by PokerStars.com, like its counterparts, the European Poker Tour (2004), Asia Pacific Poker Tour (2007), Latin American Poker Tour (2008) and North American Poker Tour (2010). These tournaments take place in London, Blackpool, Swansea and Southampton while the 25/25 Series’ bigger brother, the Grosvenor UK Poker Tour, heads north to Leeds for Leg 7 of its 2017 tour. It is possible to win your way into any of these tournaments online at Grosvenor Poker. Yes, you can make a living playing poker in 2020. However, it is not easy. You have to work hard to be a winning player these days. You also have to be very disciplined. However, for some people like me playing poker for a living allows a lot of freedom. There are many different factors involved with this question though.

MTTPOKER are a Poker League in Scotland with a friendly, relaxed approach to poker. Beginners and Experienced players all welcome. MTTPOKER are the organisers of the UK's largest ever live charity poker tournament - The Paddy Power Charity Open held in aid of the Erskine Hospital (www.erskine.org.uk) had 1175 entries and raised £15,000 for the charity.
MTTP run a poker league in central Scotland and organise MTT poker events as well as on online through our affiliate PokerStars.
Our main aims are first and foremost a Poker League but we also run satellite to major poker events, host charity poker events of our own and for other people and also have online poker events on PokerStars - the worlds biggest online poker site.
