C-Tier: Enhancement Shaman Enhancement Shaman Even though Enhancement is a hybrid class, it still lacks the off-healing and utility to help your partners live more easily compared to other hybrid classes. It can deal a lot of damage passively and it can deal a huge amount of burst pressure with its Schamanismus or Aszendenz 'goes'.
- Enhancement Shaman are NOT BAD! In fact we are actually awesome, do a ton of damage, and have amazing mobility and utility in parties or raids. I absolutely love playing my Enhance shaman and easily top meters in my groups. We have awesome burst, great AOE, can heal when situations get rough, and look freaking awesome.
- Rockbiter is the best mainhand enchant if you are an enhancement shaman wearing pre-TBC green gear. Benefits from weapon mastery for 10% more damage. Fully talented does 81.84dps mainhand at 70.

Shadowlands brought back Maelstrom Weapon which is an integral part of the Enhancement rotation. You will want to make sure to never go past the 10 stack cap. For flexibility in options it's best to not spend it right away, either, letting it climb up to ~8 stacks before consuming.

- (if talented) Ascendance
- (if talented) Elemental Blast (with 5+ Maelstrom Weapon)
- Lightning Bolt (with 8+ Maelstrom Weapon)
- Flame Shock (Maintain DoT)
- Feral Spirit (On CD)

Be sure to If you find yourself needing to fill gaps in between cooldowns, you can cast Lightning Bolt with 5 or more stacks of Maelstrom.
If you talented Lashing Flames or Hot Hand, you will want to prioritize Lava Lash higher at times to maintain the debuff (or consume the procs).
